well… 1.) It’s his Dad…. 2.) If he grew up watching Dad giving people tattoos… there absolutely no doubt in my mind that he couldn’t wait to get one(or more) 3.) Is it deadly(not necessarily), is it disgusting(all point of view), is it something you would do to your child or allow he or she to do(some of us yes/some of us no) 4.) Is it “REAL”?? (maybe they are, or……. could be Photoshoppe, and everyone’s moaning about nothing!!) So………… The “FINAL” question… If it is real… “IS IT HURTING YOU???” Thanks for your time!!!

How would one assume he’s from America if it says “13 year old Russian kid” at the top of the article. Reading fail.

Also, I don’t know why anyone would assume he’s American. He looks like a typical Russian to me!
Assumptions are made by judgement of the standard intelligence of an american… Russians are smarter than that…..
i get that he grew up around them so of course he wanted some too, however a responsible parent would have made him wait til he was eighteen. Or at least until he had finished growing! At thirteen he may not even have gone thru puberty yet which will change all the chemicals in his body and possibly change the tattoo.
“He’s still growing.” His Dad will just give him touch-ups on his tattoo. Any change to his tattoos can be touched up. That’s like saying skinny people shouldn’t get tattoos because they might get fat. But whether or not this 13 year old boy should be allowed to have tattoos… that’s an entirely different discussion in itself.
ehhh, it is what it is.
This is sad but there are worse crimes being committed against children every day on the planet all over the world…..
