@gonzalo I strongly believe that open and clear communication is the foundation of a successful team. In any situation, I first ensure that every team member understands the purpose, scope, and timeline of the project. I encourage everyone to share ideas, provide feedback and suggestions, and keep each other informed of any updates or progress. I stay reachable and responsive at all times, and I make sure to establish communication channels that fit each person's preferred method. Additionally, I think it is essential to practice active listening and emphatic understanding and address any conflicts or disagreements promptly and respectfully. Ultimately, I aim to foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and trust, where every opinion is valued and encouraged.
