I stay reachable and responsive at all times, and I make sure to establish communication channels that fit each person's preferred method. Additionally, I think it is essential to practice active listening and emphatic understanding and address any conflicts or disagreements promptly and respectfully. Ultimately, I aim to foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and trust, where every opinion is valued and encouraged.
