@alec.carroll In order to involve parents and families in the preschool learning process, I would establish regular communication channels that would convey the activities and progress of the child. I would organize parent-teacher conferences and encourage parents to attend. In addition, I would facilitate workshops and training sessions that would provide parents with the necessary tools to support their child's learning at home. Sending home weekly newsletters, emails, or messages updates the parents about what the child is learning and ways to reinforce it at home. By also encouraging the parents to participate in the classroom, like volunteering, reading mean fun books to students, or contribute to school events creates a sense of community involvement, which enhances the learning process.
