As a pharmacy employee, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is of utmost importance to ensure that medications and other products are safe for use by customers. Here are some steps that I would take to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a pharmacy:

1. Regular cleaning: Regular cleaning is necessary to maintain a hygienic environment. This includes cleaning the shelves, counters, and other surfaces with disinfectants.
2. Proper storage: Medications and other products must be stored in a clean and organized manner. This helps to prevent contamination and makes it easier to find items when needed.
3. Hand hygiene: I would ensure that I and my colleagues practice good hand hygiene by washing hands regularly or using hand sanitizers.
4. Personal hygiene: Maintaining personal hygiene is also important. This includes wearing clean clothes, keeping hair tied back, and refraining from wearing strong perfumes or colognes.
