As a CIO, my primary responsibility was to ensure that IT initiatives were aligned with the organization's overall business goals and objectives. Here are some strategies that I have implemented to achieve this alignment:

1. Collaborating with business stakeholders: I believe that close collaboration between IT and business stakeholders is critical to aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
