Yes, I have had the opportunity to conduct several workshops and counseling sessions for university students during my time as a student counselor at XYZ University. One such workshop was on stress management, where I taught students various techniques to cope with stress and anxiety. I also organized group counseling sessions for students dealing with depression, where we discussed their feelings and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Additionally, I conducted a workshop on time management, where students learned how to prioritize tasks and create a schedule to balance their academic and personal responsibilities. Overall, I found these experiences to be extremely rewarding, and I am confident in my ability to effectively lead workshops and counseling sessions for university students.
