"Firstly, I believe in following a comprehensive approach while teaching cybersecurity and online safety to students. I usually begin by giving them a basic understanding of the risks and threats associated with the internet and various online platforms. I explain the importance of creating strong passwords, avoiding clicking on suspicious links, and identifying and reporting any suspicious activities.

To make my lessons more interactive and engaging, I often show them videos and practical demonstrations, exposing them to real-life scenarios and how they can prevent and mitigate risks. I also encourage them to ask questions and share their experiences to enhance their learning.

In addition, I instruct students on the proper use of social media, email communications and file sharing, emphasizing the significance of privacy settings, avoiding oversharing personal information, and not responding to unsolicited messages.

Lastly, I always encourage students to seek help from a trusted adult or an expert if they ever encounter any cybersecurity issues. Overall, my aim is to instill positive online habits to help keep both students and their online presence safe and secure."
